This portal provides web access to information, applications, and other services. Today, the portal offers: announcements from SUPERVALU, industry news, store reports, on-line ordering, eMail, retail accounting, pricing, and access to SUPERVALU's Customer Service. In the future SVHarbor will include additional services, home page customization, and more. eReports The eReports application provides our Retailers timely and easy access to store reports online from nearly any PC, anywhere, anytime. Store reports include: invoices, customer statements, price books, ad planners, price changes, and many more. eCategory Management This application provides manufactures and brokers the ability to submit new items electronically as well as access to plan-o-grams, recap and monitor home store work and respond to full store reset notifications. eMerchandising This application gives Retailers flexibility in placing or changing orders. Order from any PC in your store or headquarters connected to the Internet. Forget to order something after you left your store? No problem. Simply place your order online from your home PC. Ordering items for upcoming ads is quick and easy as well. Our manufactures and brokers are given access to item reports and event and order visibility. eMail We offer email capabilities for our Retailers through SVHarbor. Email is flexible and useful. It provides two-way communication between SUPERVALU and customers. For example, subscribe to "mail groups" to receive updates from the category management departments. In addition, you can route your eMail to your personal or company Internet eMail account. eCustomer Service This feature gives Retailers the option of using the Internet to access Customer Service in addition to the telephone. On-line forms are an efficient way to initiate Customer Service transactions. Headlines and Alerts Located on the SVHarbor Home Page, Headlines and Alerts provide an efficient tool to communicate important information. Information is tailored to your needs based on your region. Examples include daily bulletins, product recalls, promotional announcements, and more.
