Shaw's Deal Sheet

To submit a Deal Sheet, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Download a copy of the E-mail Template
  2. Fill in all required information (refer to Mandatory Field Grid)
  3. Complete the Deal Sheet in either Excel or PDF format
  4. Save your documents and attach them to an e-mail addressed to your Category Manager
